Al-Hidayah Investment Bank ("Bank") adalah bank pertama Islam luar pesisir pelaburan di Malaysia, yang dilesenkan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Kewangan Luar Pesisir Labuan Perkhidmatan ("LOFSA") dan membuat kemunculan sulung dalam industri luar pesisir pada 17 Jun 2002. Bank itu terletak di Wisma Lazenda, Labuan. Ia mempunyai pejabat pemasaran di Kuala Lumpur, Ibu Kota Persekutuan Malaysia. Skop perkhidmatan kami akan memberi tumpuan dalam 4 bidang utama, iaitu Kewangan Korporat, Pengurusan Dana Islam, Wakaf Asset Management, dan urus niaga tukaran wang asing.

Pada masa ini menarik usaha perbankan Islam tambahan Ia adalah sebuah pulau bebas cukai yang terletak di luar pantai barat Borneo, di antara Sabah & Sarawak dan utara Brunei.Sejak tahun 1990, Labuan telah meningkat dalam kepelbagaian aktiviti luar pesisir. Maklumat terkini menunjukkan bahawa Labuan adalah pangkalan operasi bagi;

  1. LFX (Labuan International Financial Exchange)
  2. LOFSA (Lembaga Perkhidmatan Kewangan Luar Pesisir Labuan)
  3. Lebih daripada 56 bank (yang mana 45 adalah milik asing)
  4. Hampir 2,500 IBC ini (Perbadanan Based Antarabangsa)
  5. Satu pasaran wang Islam antarabangsa
  6. Satu gerbang e-dagang untuk syarikat e-dagang
  7. Bank Luar Pesisir Labuan saiz deposit adalah USD3.4 bilion
  8. Saiz pinjaman Bank Luar Pesisir Labuan adalah USD9.3 bilion

TANGGUNGJAWAB

  1. Reviewing and establishing documents, procedures and processes for the implementation of all corporate objectives and operation to meet the business needs of the bank and its customers;
  2. Develop and implement action plan for the Bank's fund management;
  3. To market the Bank's Islamic corporate finance and fund management services;
  4. Optimizing all costs involved in carrying out the Bank's activities and ensuring high level of productivity for its assets and expenditure and maximizing returns to shareholders of the Bank;
  5. Reporting to the Bank's COO, Board of Directors, the group's top management and relevant authority on the performance of the Bank;
  6. To expand the Group's businesses in financial services and banking sector especially by expanding the Bank's business activity;
  7. Officer in-charge of Bank's compliance processes and procedures;
  8. To carry out such other duties for the bank and the Group as may be directed by the Director and/or the Board or other persons acting on behalf of the Bank.

KELAYAKAN

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, professional Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or related discipline
  2. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
  3. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  4. Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  5. Self motivated, dynamic, great leadership and analytic power, excellent interpersonal skills and independent
  6. Applicant must be willing to travel
  7. Preferably Managers/Senior Executives specializing in Finance/Corporate Finance/Investment/ Merchant Banking or equivalent
